Essential Oils

I discovered the amazing world of essential oil use in 2011. I knew nothing of this alternative healthcare practice when I started overhearing a friend of mine talking to others about it. I was curious, so I said, “Hey, what are you talking about?” My lovely friend, Jade, invited me to learn about essential oils. I am so glad that I finally accepted her invitation (I didn’t go the first few times she invited me). She opened my eyes and my heart to more than just oils and the benefits they have for my family. The growth I’ve experienced over the years has been remarkable, and I’ve only scratched the surface. I see benefits of improved health, emotional stability, greater spirituality, and financial prosperity in my life. I’ve been blessed with this gift of natural solutions for everyday problems and feel an obligation to share it with others.

If you would like to know more, contact me anytime. If I invite you to a class, please come, be informed and make a choice for a better life.

My love to you all,

Kayla

What’s My Favorite Oil During a Pandemic?

On Guard is actually one of my favorite oils all the time, but especially when I feel the need to protect my space and my body from threats that I can’t see. There are so many different products in the the On Guard line and I use them all. I use the oil topically, internally, and aromatically. I blend it with other oils in a roller bottle to help support my immune system everyday. I also use the On Guard + softgels for this same purpose. I use the foaming hand soap at all my sinks to keep our hands clean and protected. I use the laundry detergent for our clothes. The mouthwash and toothpaste everyday, because I love it better than any other. I use the throat drops or beadlets when I’m on the go and need relief from any irritation. I use the sanitizing mist after being out in the community or at work instead of harsher hand sanitizers. The concentrated cleaner to clean all the surfaces in my home and my work space. We’ve been diffusing On Guard in our home to keep the air clean and smelling fresh. You can see that On Guard plays a […]

My GOAL

Ok everyone. I’m putting this out there in front of all of you and there is a risk that I could fail. But, without the risk there can be no reward or success. I know this goal is achievable and honorable, and in line with the purpose I believe God has given me. So I’m sending this out into the universe and up to my Heavenly Father, and out to all of you. My goal is to achieve a new rank in my business by March 31, 2018. The rank is called Premier and it means that I have helped two other people advance their businesses. I love doTERRA because I get to help others achieve their goals and improve their lives, and if someone I help can grow faster and bigger than me, awesome! It’s all about lifting others and striving for a higher wellness in our bodies, mentally, physically, and emotionally. In order to reach my goal I need to find about 20 people who are ready to employ natural health solutions in their homes. I will be teaching about 16 classes between now and March 29th on various topics including Natural Solutions, Intro to essential oils, make […]

Why am I being a Big Grump?

Oh my goodness! I was such a big grump the other day and I figured out why. “Let me esplain, no, there is too much, let me sum up.” If you didn’t get that reference, you need to watch more movies 🙂 So, most people don’t know this, because I haven’t shared it with many, but I’m starting a change in my eating habits and exercise. I’m doing a program through our insurance and I’m looking forward to seeing the results over the next months. I’m only a few weeks in, but I was discouraged the other day because I had seen 0 progress. Usually when I start paying more attention to what I eat and add activity to my day I see a pretty immediate response on the scale, but this time when I’m trying to make some real, lasting changes the scale was going up. (and we don’t likes that, do we precious?) Please tell me you got that one! I have a mentoring call with a good friend once per week. We talk about my goals and progress in my business as well as other areas of my life. I told her of my frustration so we […]

How do I use Essential Oils every day?

Some people wonder how they would ever use essential oils everyday in their home. They wonder if it’s worth the price, or if it’s even possible to need to order something every month, so I thought I would give you a glimpse into an average day here at my house and how we use the oils in our daily lives. Let’s see, my toothpaste has a protective blend of oils in it. My shampoo, conditioner and body wash have oils in them too. So do my facial cleanser, toner, anti-aging serum, and moisturizer. That’s 8 products and I haven’t even gotten out of the bathroom yet. Then I come down stairs and take my supplements, yep they have oils in them as well. I them may put a protective blend on my feet to help boost my immunity for the day. I like to put citrus oils in my water, and if I’m feeling a little “moody” I may try an emotional aromatherapy blend. One of the kids may feel a bit “under the weather” so I’ll give them some protective blend and a respiratory blend to support them. Each time we wash our hands we get another round of oils in our foaming hand […]
